Nineteen Balfour Beatty (North Yorkshire) Area Works Managers start out on their 6 Month ILM level 5 award, with Jon Pulford as the Lead Trainer working for Need for Achievement. Two courses running at the same time with 2 days delivery to each course per month, with assignments and presentations to complete before the end of course in November.

All delegates complete SDI profile and Leading teams in first phase.
